The plot at Klerkenstraat 92, popularly known as De Melkerij, covers an area of about 6 ha. An industrial dairy, one of the region's largest employers for many years, was established here in 1935. Global Estate Group purchased the site in 2021.

As the demand for space to do business is very high, we are fully exploring how best to allocate the site to meet the needs in the region. On the one hand, we are exploring whether we can develop SME units on the site: smaller workshops, warehouses, storage areas ... for local, artisan entrepreneurs such as carpenters, electricians, etc. On the other hand, we want to offer part of the site as industrial land for companies that need a bit more space.
