A SOLID FOUNDATION IN PROJECT DEVELOPMENT

The foundations of Global Estate Group were laid by Luc Beke, who founded Globalindus in 2006. Globalindus was a pioneer in SME estates and focused strongly on industrial projects. The company continued to grow, and under the impetus of the current CEO Kathleen Dewulf, all operations were combined under the new name Global Estate Group in 2013.

Today, from its headquarters in Oostkamp, the 30-strong team focuses on the reconversion of industrial and mixed-use projects in Flanders.

2006

Establishment of Globalindus

Luc Beke founds Globalindus and takes his first steps in project development.

2007

Launch of first SME estate 'Zevecote'

With the realisation of business park 'Zevekote', we are pioneering SME units.

2013

Launch of Global Estate Group

From now on, all activities will be bundled under the brand name ‘Global Estate Group’.

2019

Focus on project development

Global Estate Group is splitting its real estate portfolio and will now focus solely on project development. the founding of alirec in april 2019 (global rental properties).

Kathleen Dewulf takes over the torch from Luc Beke as CEO.
