This industrial estate of about 2 ha is located in the Nieuwstraat in Wevelgem. The industrial building includes offices, a production hall and several storage areas. It was home to the family business Ipso, a manufacturer of industrial washing machines. Global Estate Group purchased the site in 2018.

Together with the municipality and all actors involved, Global Estate Group is working on a master plan that could redevelop the site. It is looking at which parts need to be demolished, and which can be retained. The starting point here is that as much space and materials as possible will be reused. Furthermore, the plans pay a lot of attention to mobility, greenery and water infiltration.

The site enjoys excellent accessibility and is located near the E17, the E403 and the Kortrijk ring road.
