The former Verbist slaughterhouse is located between the Gentseheerweg and the Vlietmanstraat in Izegem. Global Estate Group purchased the site, with a surface area of about 15,000 m², in 2021. The aim is to develop a sustainable business estate for local activities here.

Demolition works started in December 2022. Meanwhile, we are developing a master plan for the site in collaboration with the municipality. We are still working on the preliminary process, which will likely last until the end of 2023.
