Located in the Canal-North industrial estate in Bree, the site comprises several industrial buildings, including the former Expodroom. A lot of basketball and tennis matches took place in this event hall. Kim Clijsters and Justine Henin achieved a spirited Fedcup victory here in 2002. Global Estate Group purchased this 6.63-hectare site in 2018.

Most of the warehouses have since been sold. The 9,300 m² logistics hall (the former Expodroom) is still for sale and/or rent. This building includes offices, sanitary facilities and several multipurpose rooms.
