At the Nelca site in Lendelede, Global Estate Group collaborated on the redevelopment of the former premises of textile group Dejaegere. In Nelca Zuid, we developed four buildings with offices, showrooms, storage areas and SME units. In Nelca Noord, we built another 17 SME units. The site is the new beating heart of Lendelede.
