Global Estate Group is developing the former site of Dupon Biscuits, a company that produces biscuits for ice cream, in the Industriestraat in Ichtegem into a new business estate.

Some of the buildings are making way for a brand-new SME Park named Houtland West. The business park comprises 31 shell units spread over four buildings. The warehouses have surface areas of 128 m² to 405 m². The units were completed in March.

For the remaining part of the site, which consists of some commercial buildings and a residence, we are currently investigating what new infill is possible. There would possibly be additional units here. Some of the industrial buildings can be retained and are being offered for sale.
