Global Estate Group is developing the former site of Dupon Biscuits, a company that produces biscuits for ice cream, in the Industriestraat in Ichtegem into a new business estate.

Some of the buildings are making way for a brand-new SME Park named Houtland West. The business park comprises 31 shell units spread over four buildings. The warehouses have surface areas of 128 m² to 405 m². The units were completed in March.

The next phase will start in the spring of 2024. In the newest phase, the next 24 units will be built in two moments. First, 15 SME units of approximately 67-244 sqm will be able to be realized.
