Sinnfoort was a household name in Roeselare and the surrounding area for many years. The furniture shop closed in 2022, and the site was sold to Global Estate Group. The showroom and warehouses behind are now being split up and offered for rent.

The site is in a commercially interesting location on Roeselare's ring road and enjoys superb visibility. Located near the E403 Roeselare-Rumbeke exit, the site is also easily accessible. Ample parking is provided on the site.
