In the Dorpstraat in Westrozebeke, a borough of Staden, Global Estate Group developed Residentie Brouwershof. This new construction project comprises 24 flats spread over two buildings. The name Brouwershof Residence refers to the site's past. The Lowie brewery was located here starting in 1989. Beer was brewed here until World War II, after which the building was used as a warehouse. The old warehouse and houses were demolished to make way for this beautiful new construction project.
