Global Estate Group is redeveloping an old Electrabel site into a sustainable business estate for water-related companies in need of space in Ruien (Kluisbergen). The 81-hectare site is being co-developed by Global Estate Group. The site will be rezoned as a zone for water-related companies in need of space. The aim is to develop a business estate of the future that is carbon-neutral and fits in perfectly with its surroundings.
