In Moerbrugge (Oostkamp), Global Estate Group is redeveloping two commercial properties into a modern, multifunctional business park, Boostkamp. The site has a total area of about 1.5 hectares.

The site contained two separate commercial buildings. In a first phase, the building on the right was split into two units. The former owner, Group Van Damme, remains located in 1 of the two units. At the back of the site, 13 new-build units were attached. These units were completed in May 2023 and have all been sold.

The building on the left used to house Dumon drum washing plant. In the second phase, this building will be demolished to make way for another 5 newly built SME units. Thanks to its excellent location near the E40 and E403 motorways, the Bruges-Ghent canal and the enterprising city of Bruges, the Boostkamp SME park is the ideal site for entrepreneurial companies.
