On the corner of Molenstraat and Breedveld in Beersel is this site of about 8000 m². The old commercial buildings housed Funico, a manufacturer of coffins. For them, we are developing a new custom-made industrial building on part of the site. There will also be another 7 SME units with surface areas between 137m² and 290m².

In June 2023, we started the demolition of the old commercial buildings and in September we began the construction of the project, which has been named 'Molino'. By summer 2024, the first entrepreneurs will be able to move into the business units.
