Global Estate Group is developing the former site of Dupont Biscuits, a company that produces biscuits for ice cream, in the Industriestraat in Ichtegem into a new business estate.

Some of the buildings are making way for a brand-new SME estate named Houtland West. The business estate comprises 31 shell units spread over four buildings. The warehouses have surface areas of 128 m² to 405 m². The units were completed in March.

In addition to the SME estate, part of the land and commercial buildings and the house will be retained. These are available for sale or rent.
